About the program

The Targeted Basketball Program fosters the development of each player in a wholistic way. Qualities of Sportsmanship and Integrity, as well as a sense of Community, are engendered in the athletes. The coaching staff develops the potential of each individual, complementing their progress in the sport through to the highest level attainable – whether that is Association Representative level or National Representative level. As each athlete matures, it is expected that they become good citizens and follow the Endeavour Expectations of Respect, Personal Best, and Commitment.
